Our products are handcrafted in small batches in Montreal. We want every customer to receive a product that meets our standards. If this isn't the case, we'll take swift action.
Returnable products
Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.
How to proceed

Write to us at contact@atelieratan.ca within 14 days of delivery, specifying your order number and attaching a photo of the product in question.

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Once the package has been received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

You can cancel an order before shipment by writing to us. Once the package has been handed over to Canada Post, cancellation is no longer possible; the return procedure applies.
