DELIVERY POLICY
Order preparation
Each order is prepared by hand in our Montreal workshop, Monday through Friday. Average preparation time: 1 to 2 business days
Delivery address
You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you provide. If an error prevents delivery, you will be charged for reshipment. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for a new shipment.
Lost or damaged package
If your package does not arrive within the stated timeframe or arrives damaged:

Write to us at contact@atelieratan.ca with your order number and, if relevant, a photo of the package.

We are opening an investigation with Canada Post.

Depending on the findings, we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund.
Customs duties (international)
For deliveries outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may apply; these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price shown.
